Introduction     

     The City of Opelika, located near to Auburn University and close to the Alabama State border, which hosts many multinational industries and surrounded by major growing cities such Columbus, Atlanta  is  sandwiched with a lot of opportunities for growth and improvement. Auburn University, home to a fair population of international students and the city of Columbus , Atlanta and surrounding cities has a growing diverse metropolitan population. These factors contribute towards the economy of the city of Opelika through the affordable housing sector and commercial development and much more. This project focuses, making the city of Opelika inclusive and diverse. Through the implementation of a quality improvement technique used in automobile manufacturing industries. the approach proposes a design model for continuous improvement of the diversity and inclusion sector of the city and proposes changes by choosing a particular area fro implemetation.
