GOALS TO ACHIEVE

The main goals of this project is separated into three main pillars which act as the essence and the output which the city would try to attain through the implementation of the plan. The pillars for the diversity plan obtained in this project:

Addressing the needs of the community:Through the implementation of the plan, the factors indicate that the needs of every citizen in the community is provided adequate attention, including everyone regardless of ethnicity, background or financial status.

Addressing equality and opportunities for all:The plan attains the goal for equal opportunities and addressing every background, eradicating institutional barriers and language barriers which would benefit everyone equally.

Addressing cultural inclusion: Cultural inclusion one of the major factors which could be used to bring together people of different culture through community engagement and celebrating festivals of different culture. Educating the people of the city of different cultural entities, thereby increasing the focus on cultural inclusion, which in turn attracts more attention in the region for people of different culture, choosing the city to be their home.
