Research Coordinator for the ELGL Diversity dashboard project

The ELGL Diversity dashboard project focuses on collecting quality data on the upper executive class of individuals who lead the organization in every local government organization in the country.
The information collected will be used to create an open source dashboard for citizens to view the demographic makeup of local government around the country. The diversity dashboard will also provide as a platform for communities to set strategic goals for improving accountability, diversity and representation in their governments. Serving as a research coordinator along with nine other students selected across the country, helped me experience the value of team work and innovation in local government.
