  • Local businesses that brings cultural integrity at affordable costs (multicultural restaurants)

​Infrastructure & Livability

  • Timely inspection of infrastructure services provided by the city made to the best use of the citizens in the area (Eg. Parks, roads, community centers)

  • Implement housing plans for the homeless

  • Taking measures to eradicate poverty and illiteracy

  • Widening of roads to provide proper mobility

​Health & Wellness

  • Health clinics for children, run as a partial government entity, since affordable health care is a major challenge in the country.

  • Affordable business units contributing towards healthy living in the location (Eg. Affordable, sustainable local food system, grocery stores)

  • School based health clinics to cater towards the mental and physical health of the children in the area

Factors to be considered/ Challenges:

Land use and zoning codes of the location: The proposed plan, which is used as a tool to implement in a particular area, should pass though the land use regulations and should not violate any land use or zoning codes. The main success of implementing the plan as a weapon lies upon overcoming the challenges of the land use and zoning codes without violating them.

Historic district affiliation: The plan proposed involves re purposing of buildings and making short changes which would be more appropriate and in alignment to every tool for maximum efficiency and outcome. Keeping in mind these data, help in proper implementation of the plan.
